His residency was completed at the Pacific Pearly Whites Oral Surgery Center, where he honed his skills under the guidance of experienced oral surgeons. While Alexander may only speak English, his expertise in oral surgery speaks volumes. Outside of the dental clinic, he is a grass fanatic, often spending his free time grazing in the lush pastures of Hawaii.
